Who are nexusMEN?
Nexus Church’s men’s ministry, nexusMEN, aims to connect men to Christ and each other. The motto of nexusMEN is "leave no man behind" as we get closer to being the men God has planned for us to be.
Perhaps you feel that God wants to grow you and other men through discipleship and small group connection? Or perhaps feel you have a gift in helping other men grow? Check out the range of Men's Groups that minister specifically to the unique needs of men.

Sports Victory for Epsilon Team!
At the Sports BBQ on 29th of August Team Epsilon took the title in the round robin of Basketball, Touch Football, Soccer, and Continuous Giant Coits! Good work Epsilon!
In the breaks Cam Butler, the Chaplain of the Melbourne Demons and National Director of Sports Chaplaincy Australia, encouraged the guys to be bold in their faith.
In contact sports, he reminded the group, if you go in half-heartedly then you will just get hurt, and the same goes with being a Christian.
All up a great day fought with great spirit and a BBQ with oodles of food!!

Skirmish Victory for Delta Team
The 2009 nexusMEN Skirmish Challenge has been fought and won! Three hours of team-on-team paintball fury was capped off with pizza and a word from our Special Guest, Major Richard Niessl. Thanks to Don for organising a great afternoon and thanks to Top Gun Paintball for their great team of umpires and support personnel.
The winning team, DELTA, narrowly defeated a slick GAMMA team in the final, after the earlier defeats of ALPHA and BETA teams. The trophy was proudly won by Joshua B, Pat G, Jake F, Lindt G, Glenn B, Mario D, Gabriel O, Shaun O, Tim M, Aaron S, and Mick M. Well done DELTA Team!
Also rating special mention on the day by the umpires was Ravi for a spectacular mudslide and Terry for running almost the entire length of the field in a glorious bid for victory without a paintball hitting him (almost...).
