Certificate IV In Ministry

Cert IV - Semester 1, starts Tuesday 21st February 2012

The Local Church Certificate IV in Ministry is a correspondence course run through Nexus Church which provides you with a great opportunity to equip yourself to live out Gods Kingdom purpose in your world.

Enrollments: due by Sunday 29th January.
Cost: $230 per subject, plus textbooks when required. Full payment due Feb 29th 2012.
New Students: one off $50 application fee.
Times: Tuesdays fortnightly from 6pm - 7:30pm
Duration: 15 weeks semester (one week break mid-April).
Subjects: Introduction to the New Testament & Evangelism. (If students wanted to do more we can arrange that).
Venue: Nexus Church.

Course Information 2012

Provided through Alphacrucis and accredited with the NSW Vocational Education and Training Board, the Local Church Certificate IV in Ministry also provides a great platform for further study.

Semester 1 - Commences Tuesday 21st February 2012.

Enrollments due Sunday 29th January 2012.

The course includes the following elements:

8 Subjects.
Fortnightly lecture and discussion at Nexus Church: Tuesday nights 6pm - 7:30pm.
Access to all resources online including lectures from Alphacrucis.
Field placement at Nexus Church.
2 - 3 written assessments per subject (800 - 1500 words each).
3 - 6 hours commitment per subject each week (including tutorial & listening to the lecture).

Semester 1 2012 subjects include:

Introduction to the New Testament.
Evangelism.

Costs:

One off $50 application fee (to be paid with the application form entry).
$230 per subject.
up to 6 text books which range from $30 - $70 each.

The Certificate IV in Ministry can be studied either full-time (3 - 4 subjects a semester) or part-time (1 - 2 subjects a semester) and is Austudy approved.
